PRIZE DRAW RULES IRELAND
1. Entry into the draw will be deemed as acceptance of these rules and any separate instructions for entry will form part of the rules.
2. This prize draw is open to anyone resident in Ireland, aged 18 or over, who comments, follows and tags a friend on the post. The closing date for entry is 11:59pm on the 2nd May 2024
3. Employees of Very and anyone else involved in the operation of the draw are excluded from entering.
4.Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prize in the event of the original prize being unavailable.
5. The draw will be made by random selection from all valid entries from Thursday 25th April to Thursday 2nd May. The winner will be contacted by Very and will be notified by a reply on their comment in question before 5pm on Friday 3rd May.
6. The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner. However, if these efforts are unsuccessful, the promoter reserves the right to select a new winner at random from the remaining entrants within 72 hours. If the winner is unable to accept their prize, the promoter reserves the right to select a new winner at random from the remaining entrants.
7. By entering the draw, entrants agree that, if they win, their surname and county may also be disclosed to anyone requesting a list of prize winners. Details of the winners will be available after the 3rd May 2024 by sending a request in writing to Very, Cape House, Westend Business Park Blanchardstown D15Y9DV Co. Dublin.
8. By entering the draw, entrants’ consent to the use of their data for the purpose of this promotion by Shop Direct Ireland Ltd trading as Very, which is the Promoter and the Data Controller.
9. The prize is €400 worth of clothing from the latest Michelle Keegan collection. Selection of clothing must be from the “New In” section.
