Kick Your Morning Up A Notch With This Green Breakfast Juice

Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day!  It sets you up for the day ahead, but what fuel you put into your body is so important.  That’s why pairing this vegan superfood green juice with your balanced breakfast will give you a real boost in the morning, that will keep you going for longer.

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
2 cups spinach, washed and still damp
1/2 lemon juice
1 medium green apple
1 tbsp ginger, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp mint leaves
1/2 grapefruit juice

Method:

Slice green apple into chunks and add it to the juicer, along with the pineapple chunks.

Add the mint, ginger and spinach.

Squeeze the juice of the lemon and grapefruit into the juicer.

Add the rest of the apple and spinach.

Juice till smooth.

Serve immediately in some vintage jars and enjoy!
