PRIZE DRAW RULES IRELAND
- Entry into the draw will be deemed as acceptance of these rules and any separate instructions for entry will form part of the rules.
- This prize draw is open to anyone resident in Ireland, aged 18 or over, who screenshots and uploads to their stories. The closing date for entry is 9am on the 14th of May 2023. Only one entry per person will be permitted.
- Employees of Very and anyone else involved in the operation of the draw are excluded from entering.
- Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prize in the event of the original prize being unavailable.
- The draw will be made by random selection from all valid entries from Saturday 13th May 2023 to Monday the 15th May 2023. The winner will be asked to contact Very and will be notified by a reply on their story in question before 1pm on the 15th May 2023.
- The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner. However, if these efforts are unsuccessful, the promoter reserves the right to select a new winner at random from the remaining entrants within 72 hours. If the winner is unable to accept their prize, the promoter reserves the right to select a new winner at random from the remaining entrants.
- By entering the draw, entrants agree that, if they win, their surname and county may also be disclosed to anyone requesting a list of prize winners. Details of the winners will be available after the 15th May 2023 by sending a request in writing to Very, Cape House, Westend Business Park Blanchardstown D15Y9DV Co. Dublin.
- By entering the draw, entrants’ consent to the use of their data for the purpose of this promotion by Shop Direct Ireland Ltd trading as Very, which is the Promoter and the Data Controller.
- The price is for €100 worth of product from site.
