Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these rules and any separate instructions for entry will form part of the rules.
To enter simply complete the survey via the link provided by 9am, 22nd December 2025. Only one entry per person is allowed.
The draw will be made by random selection from all valid entries on or after 22nd December 2025.
There will be five prize winners who each will win one One4All Gift Card to the value of €100.
The winner be notified within 28 days of the date of the draw and must respond within a further 7 days or they will lose the right to their prize. The winner will receive their prize within 28 days of their response to the win notification.
By entering the draw, entrants agree that if they win, their details (name and town) may be disclosed to anyone requesting details of the prize winners. Details of the prize winners (name and town) will be available after 19th January 2026 by sending a stamped address envelope to Customer Mindset Survey Prize Draw, CRM Team, Shop Direct Ireland, Cape House, Westend Office Park, Blanchardstown, D15 Y9DV.
